A while back I dropped my photobucket account and thought I had lost a lot of pictures. I found these on a thumbdrive so, I will repost. if there is a problem with these, let me know.

Oh this is wonderful ! I am graphic design student so I admire the design aspect of these vintage manuals and brochures, oh and of course the content! Timeless.

Hi fetch,
Thank you very much for this bunch of brochures. Unfortunately some of them are poor in resolution and cannot be read easily (my eyes have something to say about this...) Wouldn't it be possible to have them in higher resolution? That would be great.
Thank you.

Yes, I had planned to redo them since I have been working and understanding more about how flickr works. The print is small to begin with though and on very lightweight paper. Thanks Dan

Oh, and they are set as Private, so they can't be viewed in enlarged form on Flickr so one could read the fine print.

I stumbled across quite a few Yashica/Contax items at Pacific Rim Cameras in the reference library section of their site. A broad spectrum of brochures, dealer book pages, a couple of manuals and more; and from different brand and camera types (35mm, TLR, Cine, etc.).

Among the paperwork included with the recent arrival of a TL Electro X and several lenses, I found a folded, undated, and over-sized line-up sheet, with summaries and specs of 17 Yashica lenses covering the whole focal range from 20mm to 1000mm. They are mostly DX models, but include a couple of the DS lenses, 2 Suoer R Telephotos (600mm and 800mm) and 2 early zooms. I assume it was an insert and included with either a lens or the body. It was scanned in 2 passes, then stitched in Gimp as a one page image, so excuse the shading irregularities from the folds. The original is 2 sided... German text on one side, with English on the other - but otherwise it duplicated the pictures and layout. Posted to Drive: HERE
