Perhaps this is old news and/or discussed on this board before, but it's new to me.
It is the K&F Concept lens database at:
It's different from most lens lists that I have seen. Instead of choosing a camera company, such as Yashica, or a lens manufacturer, such as Vivitar, you choose a lens MOUNT, such as Contax/Yashica. Then it displays ALL lenses in the database having that mount -- in alphabetic order. I don't see any option for changing the order, such as sorting by focal length. The only other option appears to be a search for a word(s) in the lens "title", for example "Minolta 500mm".
The list gives you a picture of the lens, the "name" of the lens, the mount, and the filter size. That's it.
Let's take Nikon as an example. If you select the Nikon F lens mount, you get 121 pages of lenses, starting with Access and ending with Zykkor -- all with Nikon F lens mounts. The actual lenses made by Nikon will be in the middle -- somewhere -- due to the alphabetic sorting. If instead you do a word search for "Nikon", you get 31 pages of only Nikon lenses -- in all their various mounts, not just "F". A word search for "Nikon F" won't help because "F" is not in the "name" of the Nikon lenses.
For the Contax/Yashica mount it has 40 pages, similarly starting with Access and ending with Zykkor.
This database has its pluses and minuses.
First it's free. It has about 75 different lens mounts, so not everything, but a lot.
It is very limited in the information it provides, but the manufacturer, focal length and f-stop are almost always in the name/title.
I have no idea how many lenses are in the database, but it's a ton. You'll find that many are missing -- for example, it only has one lens listed in the Pentax 110 mount, instead of all SIX that were made -- but you might find some lenses you didn't know about, especially lenses made for your camera(s) by other lens makers.
And who knows? It is probably a work in progress.
