The answer is probably obvious.
I just ran across TWO Yashica 500mm f8 mirror lenses where the seller says it has a PENTAX mount. I had though it was only made in a 42mm thread and a C/Y bayonet.
Check out the second and the fifth lenses here:
picclick.com/?q=yashica+500mm+%28f8%2Cf%2F8%29+-seimar+-zeiss+-tamron+-makinon
I thought the seller was thinking of the 42mm -- sometimes called Pentax screw -- but this is a bayonet mount. Is the seller confusing a C\Y mount?
Whatever, there certainly are a lot of Yashica 500mm f8 mirror lenses on the lot today!

If there's any 500mm reflex mirror lens that says Yashica on it, it shouldn't be any other mount other than M42 or C/Y bayonet. There was a supposed Tomioka produced Spiratone version in a T-Mount that used the same optical elements - BUT - it is definitely not a copy of the Yashica versions by a mile. I have one, and I could only call it 'acceptable', and it takes plenty of post work to get past that, to 'pretty good'.
There are probably several versions in each mount, but I think if there's any other mount on a Yashica branded 500mm mirror, it's mis-identified, or 100% custom.
