Hi guys, I have a problem with my Yashica 300 AF: when I shoot a 36 exp. roll the camera automatically rewind it before the 36th frame, usually at 26/27. The only film that doesn't show this problem is Fujicolor C200. Can anyone help me? Covering the DX contact with tape could resolve the problem?

That's a new one on me - I've not come across that problem before.
It would be helpful to know if you have the same problem with a non-DX encoded film though why Fujicolor C200 works OK and not other DX film is a mystery. I assume you have taken a rubber eraser to the DX contacts to ensure that they are all functioning correctly? Have you recently used the Panorama Adapter? I am aware that a few people have had problems with some camera functions afterwards, usually put down to minor damage caused when removing it and refitting it to the back but I've not come across a reference to your difficulty.

Yeah, that sounds more like a mechanical fault. If it did it with every film, then it would be electronic. It could even be a sticky DX button not making contact, but cleaning them all can't hurt.

Non DX film works fine, and I've never used panorama adapter. I'll try to clean up the DX contacts.

If with non-DX film works ok then covering the DX code on the canister should work. As far as I know that camera does not have a sensor reader for the code on the film.
If it works with Fujicolor C200 then should work with all the films with the same DX code, like Kodak Gold 200, if not, then it is not about the contacts.
Thinking about the auto rewind, some cameras detect the end of the film by tension, when no longer possible to advance the rewind operation is triggered. In that case what would be the difference between Fujicolor C200 and non-DX coded film/canisters with any other?
Of course, cleaning the contacts would be the first thing to do, as previously mentioned here.

Problem solved guys, apparently I was loading the film in the wrong way: the end of the film must match the little red side on the right PERFECTLY! Thank you for your support.

Happy to read the problem was solved but that does not explain why was working ok with Fujifilm C200 and not with any other film/canister, anyway, good news.
