Just arrived, we have here the lovely Yashica Campus, sibling to the more sophisticated EE. Yashica Campus by Graham Buxton-Smither, on Flickr This was the least costly of Yashica's rangefinder cameras but don't be fooled by that; its build quality is simply excellent. It weighs 670g (almost 1.5 lbs) and its lower cost comes from the use of the Yashinon 4.5cm f2.8 rather than Yashinon-DX version, a slightly more coarse body covering and the absence of an exposure meter. It is difficult to believe that this camera is 60 years old; its glass is clear, the shutter seems to be working at all speeds and the aperture is light and snappy. All in all, a joyful little camera to use.

Reminds me of the Yashica MIMY half-frame of 1964. Nice find.
