Please forgive me but I'm not quite sure as to what you mean by your question. The photo below shows the lens in its photo-taking position, with the shutter mechanism behind the front of the lens in its closed position, ready to operate...  T4 lens readyYou can easily check the operation of the shutter: slide the lens opening lever so that the lens extends; open the camera back; look through the back of the lens and fire the shutter; if all is OK you will see the brief moment of light as the shutter opens and closes. What is happening with your camera? |
