This is arguably Yashica's most sophisticated move camera, the superb Sound 50XL Macro.

With its 8-40mm f1.2 Macro zoom, the camera can handle most light conditions. The lens comprises 16 elements in 12 groups.
The zoom and motor-drive are powered by 6 AA batteries and the sound system is separately powered by a 9V cell.
To me, the only negative associated with this superb camera is that it has only 1 film speed: 18fps. I assume this limitation was tied to the sound recording speed of 7.6cm/s. No camera for fans of stop-motion filming!
It arrived in its elegant case complete with accessories and the operating manual.
