I don't think that the meter is working, but the aperture and shutter are, so if worse comes to worse, I could use the default shutter speed of 1/125 and shoot using sunny 16.

On further examination, I think that the meter is working, but the indicator in the viewfinder is not. The aperture does open to different apertures depending upon the light source. The film rewind knob is very hard to turn, though.

Under either further daylight examination, the VF red flag indicator is working correctly, and the camera is now loaded with a roll of expired Kodak 200 Gold, which I plan on shooting at 100 ASA.

It's a half frame camera with art deco style and a nice lens and shutter - nice.
And I wonder how well the rule of equivalent exposure can be used to get the same picture from a smaller frame.
