I know that the Yashica ML 28-210mm 3.5-5.6 it is considered the worst ML but in order to complete the line buying it was like must. Here rapid 2 tests, on a rainy day, difficult to make any appreciation, hand held, a lot of iso and no proper light. At 28mm f8 At 210mm f8

Hum, interesting ... if those old eyes of mine don't fail me completely, I would say this is a decent lens.
Sharpness and resolution seem OK, with distortion at both ends well controlled.
Of course, f8 will arguably yield the best image quality you can get out of such a lens, still I wonder how this one should deserve its poor reputation.
I'd really be interested in a more extensive test.
