Nice to see an active Yashica Forum again. By way of rejoining I'm going to show off, I just landed these beauties and I'm very happy. Not Yashica, but close enough, I think.

Great, crisp images - you still can't beat old Zeiss glass on a modern camera.... Also, lovely to see the RTSIII.

Thanks guys. I absolutely love that Zeiss sparkle. The extremes of the extreme corners are never 100% sharp but IMO the pictorial quality of the Zeiss glass does make up for it.

Yashica and Contax SLR's are quite interrelated, so no problem posting them here, Barry. And we all wouldn't mind getting our hands on some of that Zeiss glass made for them. The fact they work so well with the Sony's is a compliment to their designers.
