This arrived today and is a camera I'd not heard of until I bought it - an unused 14.2Mp Yashica digital zoom camera: the EZ Digital W-503A. Yashica EZ Digital W-503AIt appears to date from 2010 as that's when the set-up to record the date and time starts. It has the highest resolution of any Yashica-branded (Jebsen Group) camera that I've come across - unless someone here knows different?? It has a sophisticated series of specifications and includes a wide-angle equivalent to 26mm and the telephoto tops out at 130mm although you can add a 5x digital zoom in extremis; it has 34 Scene Modes (!); speeds from 15s to 1/2000s; ISO 100-3200; +2EV to -2EV Exposure Control; Multi, Centre & Spot Metering; a variety of Colour, Flash and Drive Modes; takes SD cards of up to 32GB and also has a small amount of internal memory. And it's small enough to pop in the pocket... And before you ask, I have no idea as to what the stylized A refers.
