... (From the book "how to destroy a brand", where YASHICA has 2/3 of the pages ...) I fully expected to see an actual book detailing all the exploits of a certain HK investment group, followed by chapters on Bell & Howell, and Polaroid. Too bad about this one. I still wear (and prefer) a dial watch, and would certainly wear one of these if it worked.

Hi - although I've no idea who made them, I have a few Yashica-branded watches that were dealer rewards in the 1980s and which are working; they've had new batteries fitted in the last year and are a pleasure to wear. I did show a couple of them in the promotional items section but my favourite is shown below. I just wish I'd bought more of them as they make ideal Christmas or birthday presents. Watch calf leatherI really like that leather strap.

I've gotten promotional watches like that from work, or just signing up for a magazine subscription. I've got one that says USN, but it really stands for US News (before they merged with World Report). Cheap little things, but still work as long as one keeps a battery in them.

Recently I got this, which is in original packaging from the 70s. photos.app.goo.gl/eZKHDkVrTAU119YbAI will apply it to my pilots jacket. Unfortunately not the original F104-jacket.
