Hi Forum,
i do have a issue with my FX3, it simply works, but what is a bit annoying, after using the Film Advance Lever, it does have some play, means, i cock the thing, in order to transport the Film to the next Frame, the Film Lever goes back, after cocking does have about 1cm play back & forth, without staying rigid into this position....what causes this? This isn't ordinary, because i've had other FX3, FX3 Super(2000) into my own hands from friends....My FX3 still works well.... currently shooting a Roll of Agfa APX 100....
I wish a great Weekend !

There's a spring device (not sure how to describe it) that holds the lever in its parked position. Sounds like this is defective. I've never seen a problem with them before. Unlike the equivalent spring on the 139 that is always breaking. Here's a couple of pictures of it in its latched and unlatched positions. This is under the advance lever. The silver disk you can see is the underside of the frame counter dial.

Thanks Peter for your help, it seems i do just have to life with that issue, because i don't have repair parts, nor can do that by my own. I am good at soldering, but not camera mechanics.
