Hello, A couple of weeks ago I wanted to test the adapter for using a Pentacon Six mount lens on a Yashica body, so I went out with a Russian-Ukranian Volna-3 on a Yashica FX-D Quartz body. Here some of the results using Kodak 100TMax film: I am very satisfied with the results, it is sharp and with a nice bokeh, and the handling of whole device was better and easier than expected.

Definitely a good set-up. I like the way it can separate the subject from the background, as in the Porsche photo.

Definitely a good set-up. I like the way it can separate the subject from the background, as in the Porsche photo. PF Yes, I was surprised but that too, I tried to test it on different conditions like close-up, against the strong morning sun light, in the shadow, all with good results. But forgot to mention that I used the original Arsenal yellow filter that came with the lens. And having the option of a 80mm f/2.8 lens to use with all my M42 and C/Y bodies for the price of a Volna-3, it is great too.
