Yashica D - help with focusing mechanism assembly

Hi, how should be positioned the focusing mechanism in Yashica D?
There are several parts: two helixes, bushing, washer, and finally knob with nut.
Knob seems to be quite loose on threaded rod, and I don't know how to lock helixes in correct position.
