The TL-Electro was my first 35mm SLR purchased in 1975 when I was in high school. It served me well until 1984 when it was stolen out of my car while stopping for the night in a motel in Arizona in the course of moving. Many cameras later, by chance a nice working TL-Electro was passed on to me from an online forum member in 2009. Although I have many camera options both film and digital, SLR, TLR, rangefinder and other MF, this camera has proven itself time and again to be the trusty servant. And the image quality from the Yashinon lenses are outstanding. The larger size is a good fit in the hands for me and I really appreciate the no-moving-parts aspect of the meter; very intuitive. I happened to be in downtown Pittsburgh this past weekend where it got exercised again. Robust and reliable... what's not to like? Cheers, Allan

Nothing at all wrong with that assessment.
