Hi, that's a nice find; thank you for the link. They're not too uncommon and were a highly rated camera back in the day. The Yashinon lenses with their Copal shutters are now being sold as a separate item, along with the promise of adapters to allow their use on bellows and various digital cameras. It's such a pity that the larger sizes of instant film are no longer available, as used in this camera and models like the Contax 645 and many other 6x4.5, 6x6, 6x7, 6x8 and 6x9 cameras. Yashica continued its close ties with Polaroid in the development of the Contax Preview and Preview II through the provision of the FX-3 shutter for the former; the Contax S2 shutter however forming the basis of the MkII. Polaroid backs were made available for the Contax RTS, RTS Fundus, RTSII and RTSIII by NPC Forscher. There was a factory-modified version of the FX-3 Super 2000 with a Polaroid back, one of which is shown elsewhere in the Forum, but it's reckoned that fewer than a dozen were produced and I have no idea as to who the intended or actual end-users were (most of the modified FX-3 series models were half-frame conversions for use by Police Forces or for Dental/Scientific sets).

These were not the only Polaroids linked to Yashica. Similar to the 110 Pathfinder versions, the Model 150 was made in the US with a Wollensak lens, and the Model 160 - which is nearly identical in design - was made in Japan by Yashica, and included Yashica lenses for the international market. www.landlist.ch/landlist/landdcam-roll.htm
