After a long, long search this hard to find, slip-on hood has finally arrived: the Yashica 75mm Rectangular Hood. Yashica 75mm lens hoodIts complex shape was specifically designed to fit the Auto Yashinon-DS 20mm f3.3, the very rare ML 20mm f3.3, and the ML 21mm f3.5 lenses. This copy has been well-used but is serviceable; that said, I will apply some matte paint to its inner surfaces at some stage. As with all of Yashica's rectangular hoods, it comes with a fitted, protective case.

I will, but i need first the matching SLR for it, biggles. My thought is, the black-silber ones are 2/3 less being produced than the all-black ones? Since my serial is into the 3xxxxx space, and my black one(s) are into the 13xxxxxx Numbers...i've never seen a Auto Yashinon 35/2.8 DX before into black-silver, but i do know, they exist.
Interim solution is, my black-silver M42 Praktica SLR gets this lens, at least for test-shot a full roll, but since there aren't any interesting surroundings here into my area, finishing that roll can take a while...usually months, or even a year...
