This was marketed under the Yashica Europe brand and is the Yashica UHD X-80 digital video camera.

This is exceptionally annoying as the user manual carries no specifications for the model at all.
All that I can say is that it was designed in the USA and manufactured in China (PRC). It shoots video in HD (1080p at 30fps) and stills at 16mp; it claims to have a 60x zoom but how much of that is optical and how much digital is unknown. It's frame rate is higher if you record in NTSC than Europe's PAL which is annoying for a Yashica Europe product. It offers image stabilisation, but to what extent is unstated.
It is tiny and pulling out the screen to the side of the camera switches it on. You then use the touch screen to set your operational parameters and select video or stills.
It's powered by a NP-40 battery which is charged in the camera I hope to check IQ shortly.
