That's the CS-110, that only works on the 200-AF/230-AF bodies. There might be other regional model numbers, but they're proprietary fits onto the 200 series of Yashica AF's. They slide in from the front on a set of channels at the top sides of the prism housing, and the round button on top locks it into place. It doesn't really have a hot shoe per-se - just a set of contacts that the button engages when pushed down.
