Now we move to 1969/1970 with one of Yashica's Super-8mm models the Super-825 N.
Super-825
This was an improvement on the 1968 Super-825, principally through the provision of an auto-zooming option; the lens changing from a Yashinon-S Zoom f1.8 12-35mm to a Yashinon Electric Zoom of the same formula. The DC Micromotor is powered by 4 AA cells and the meter by a 1.3v battery. Only 2 filming speeds are available: 18fps and single frame operation.
The AA cells are housed in the retractable handle.
